Naismith Basketball Association's Board of Directors will hold the Annual General Meeting on Sunday, September 29, 2019, at 7:00 pm, at the Thirsty Moose (upstairs) in Carleton Place.
Our Annual General Meeting is open to the public, and will provide an overview of the Association, and its prior year activities. We will also elect a new slate of nominees for the Board, and introduce some of the new policies and procedures we have adopted for the coming year.
We are in need of new Board members to take the reigns of a thriving non-profit organization. Many of our members have kids who have or will age out of youth basketball this year. If you are passionate about basketball, and have the time to commit, we would love to hear from you in advance of the AGM. Email volunteer@naismithbasketball.ca
