Refund Policy

House and Competitive participants refund requests are as follows:

• Received by October 31st - full refund minus a $25 administration fee

• Received by November 30th - 50% refund minus a $25 administration fee

• After November 30th, no refunds will be provided.

• **Refunds for competitive players who do not make the team: 
  • If the player joins the recreational team, a refund of $200 will be returned.
  • If the player decides not to play with Naismith at all, a refund will be issued, minus a $25 administration fee. (total refund would be $425)
